Electric Board Daily crawls 52+ seeded sources every 6 hours, scores items via the shared MVS client (signal, novelty, authority, recency → 100), and ships a Daily Top 10 with a ~200-word narrative at 10:15 UTC. First-class firmware tracking, safety advisories (score boost + danger styling), retailer price history, per-user model catalog, 11 data-grid pages (no card UI). After each briefing, top items can push into bri_signals. Scoring goes through mvs_client — not a hidden second Anthropic chain in the blueprint dir. Metadata still lists Telegram; the platform live alert bus is Herald where wired. Public /ebd/; grids are /ebd/app/* behind login.
