PoGo Coach lives at /apps/pogo-today/ (not /pogo-today/). ScrapedDuck feeds raids/events/research/eggs hourly. Open-Meteo feeds weather hourly. Dashboard is a sidebar SPA: Briefing, Raids, Events, Research, Eggs, Local, Focus, Daily, Weekly, Friends, Inventory. Raid Difficulty Estimator: easy→legendary, super-effective types, min/max team size; tier-only fallback if the boss is uncatalogued. Not live: AI briefing (MiniMax in metadata), Focus targets, Game Master stat sync — those panels are placeholders and APIs return a note. This landing will not fake a generated briefing. SWIP-gated app; public landing + health. Headline narrative elsewhere on the platform may use MiniMax; this app’s facts are deterministic feeds.
